Adams source and schedule all materials or purchases from client approved suppliers, so reducing client involvement in the logistics of manufacturing to a minimum. Adams also runs a comprehensive Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) system to meet the exacting demands of the modern retail market place. The unique expertise of Adams’ in-house engineering team has enabled Adams to custom build state-of-the-art blending, filling and packing ancillary machinery and equipment, which provides levels of reliability and flexibility that are second to none. Adams was one of the first UK co-packers to embrace BS 5750 in the ’90s and is now accredited to ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 22716 with biannual audits by the BSI.
With its fully equipped onsite Laboratory Adams has the facility to carry out extensive testing on raw materials and finished products. These facilities are further utilized for Product development and analysis.

Chris is widely acknowledged as one of the industry’s leading technical experts. Chris has been in the industry for over 45 years and, today, remains a key member of the senior management team.

Joining the business in 2002 with an extensive customer service background, Derrie focuses on customer requirements, helping to maintain Adams’ long-standing relationships & developing new opportunities.
Cliff joined Adams over 40 years ago, as an apprentice at the age of 16, and today works to drive Adams’ technical vision as Technical Director. Cliff is an ‘ideas’ man and with his engineering team has been instrumental in leading the company’s technical changes & improvements.
Paul has served for 35 years as an electrical engineer, safety manager and subsequent operations director. He also ambassadors Adams’ HR and health and safety compliance.
